Registration
Registration will be open from 14:00-17:00 on Sunday 2 September in the James France Exhibition Area and again from 07:30-09:00 on Monday 3 September.
The Opening Address will be held in J1.04 in the Edward Herbert Building at 08:45 with the programme commencing at 09:00 on Monday 3 September. The conference will close at 12.30 on Friday 7
September and lunch will be available before departure.
Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved in Elvyn Richards accommodation located within the village on campus. Please find attached a map showing the location.
Delegates can collect their keys/check-in at the Hub located within the centre of the village accommodation. The Hub can be found on page five, building number 28, on the campus map.
Reception can be accessed 24 hours, however there will be limited staff on duty during the evening/throughout the night.
Talks and posters
The Committee asks that those giving an oral presentation by Powerpoint (compatible with Powerpoint XP on a PC) or PDF to deliver an electronic copy to the session organiser or to bring it to the session on a USB memory stick.
Posters should be displayed on the poster boards in the James France Exhibition Area by 12:00 midday on Monday 3 September and removed before 18:30 on Thursday 6 September.
Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner is included as part of the full accommodation package or as an optional extra for those who have registered for the basic conference package.
If you wish to attend and have not yet registered for the dinner, please speak to the staff on the registration desk on arrival. The event will be held in the Sir David Wallace Building on Wednesday 5 September at 19:00.
